This wonderful certificate was given in 1961 by the United States Navy to a worthy vessel for crossing the Equator. This item is beautifully framed with a yellow matting that suits it well, and measures 27 1/4 in. wide and 23 1/2 in. long. It is colorfully inscripted with lovely art work and the signature of the commanding officer. This Knight in Shining Armor is perfect to guard your entrance or hallway while protecting your floor from scratches. He stands handsomely at 3 ft. 1 in. high and is 22 in. wide. He is black colored cast iron, and is in excellent condition. The base water tray is scallop shell shaped and removeable. He stands holding a metal bar between outstretched hands, and his plumage stands high. He would make even King Richard the Lion Hearted proud. Enjoy!
