Victorian Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Card Case

This is a very cool victorian card case presented to a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Organization, BPOE. This one was presented to Frank Coble of group #683. It features a wonderful repousse profile of an elk with a ruby colored glass eye. Above it is a blue enameled clock set at the eleventh hour. There is a F in a sunburst symbol on the back for the signature. This is an unusual piece as it would not fit a standard card, but it is in fact a holder of some sort. It is in lovely condition for its age and would look lovely in a collection of fraternal or masonic memorabillia. ~Enjoy!
