Signed Victorian Revival Roman Mosaic Pin from Italy

This is a lovely mosaic pin with a very nice bouquet of flowers with a red and white peppermint type border. It is set in a silverplate frame with a twisted metal border. It is stamped Italy along with a signature on the back. It is in excellent condition. Circa 1930's. ~Enjoy!
