Shipping is by Canada Post (within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.) The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Items are sent well packed, sometimes utilizing recycled boxes. Smaller items are shipped via Small Packet Surface. Air service costs from $2.00 - $3.50 more and expedited service runs more. If for any reason you need your item within a certain time frame, please inform me of this and I will give you the prices for both.

Returns are accepted within 14 Days of receiving the purchase.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Not responsible for lost or broken items if not insured.
Goods will not be shipped until all monies are received and payments have cleared - no exceptions.
Canadian Taxes:
I collect and remit Canadian sales taxes on items sold to Canadian buyers.
CANADIAN BUYERS: must add 5% GST
ONTARIO BUYERS: also add 8% PST.
Pay Pal payment must be received within 3 days.
Other forms of payment are expected within 8-10 days of purchase allowing this time period for money orders to be mailed and received.
Please keep in mind when receiving glass that has traveled... Let your package sit for a while before opening, glass can change due to temperature and climate... if you handle the glass right away it may crack, let it adjust please.
I cannot be responsible if glass cracks from handling due to changes in climate and temperature, it happens, especially with older glass or pottery items.
