Southern Pottery Blue Ridge Country Fair Salad Plate(5)

Here is a great start on a set of 8.25-inch salad/lunch plates in the Country Fair pattern with the green edge (Colonial shape). These are known as the Avon Salad Set. These plates were made by Southern Potteries for Avon to use as sales incentives. All five plates are in mint condition. The color is brilliant and there are no chips, cracks, blemishes of any kind that I can see. Factory fresh. They would look amazing hanging if you don't want to damage them with utensil marks. They do set a lovely table as well and can be mixed and matched with the many other fruit patterns .
