After you have picked out what you want to buy, please e-mail me with the item description and item number. Please include your name, shipping address, zip code and phone number and I will e-mail you the shipping charges and the overall total for your order.

PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are to be made in U.S. currency through a cashier's check, money order, or by Pay Pal only. Payments will be accepted for the exact amount only. As soon as we confirm your payment through Pay Pal or receive your cashier's check/money order, we will ship your order within three business days. All cashier's checks or money orders are to be made payable to Gary W. Buckner and mailed to the address on my web site. Missouri residents add 7.475% sales tax.

SHIPPING
We are currently using the U.S. Postal Service for all shipping. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping and insurance. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to follow through with their claim through the USPS.

We carefully package all orders with sufficient packing to eliminate damage, but things sometimes happen beyond the limits of our control.

RETURNS
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return the item(s), please notify us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and we will send you a return authorization.

All merchandise has been inspected and photographed prior to shipping and will need to be returned in the original condition that it was sent. The item(s) will need to be carefully re-packaged in the original box and we will need to receive it within 7 days after you receive authorization for returning.

Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. Refunds are only for the original item's cost, less 10% restocking fee. Original shipping, handling and insurance costs are non-refundable.
