Whitneys Improved Easy Method for the Parlor Organ was published by D. W. Crist. The bindings and interior pages of this book are in excellent condition. The front and back cover is in very good condition with the only exception being the edges. This book is paper over cardboard and the paper is split and frayed around parts of the edges. This is one of the best copies I have ever seen.

This two volume set of Theological Institutes by Richard Watson was published by Carlton and Porter, New York. The leather and paper bound books are in very good condition with moderate signs of wear. The marbled look paper shows significant wear, whereas the leather shows medium wear. The binding is tight and the pages are in very good condition despite the 150 plus years.

This book of "Lucile" by Owen Meredith was published by Donohue Henneberry Company. These words are written with quill on the inside cover "To Nell from Mabel Dec. 25, 1895". This page is torn near the binding. All the other pages are in good condition but are brown with age and are probably fragile.

Ginn and Company published the illustrated and revised new edition of Star-Land by Sir Robert Starwell Ball, copyright 1899 by Cassell and Company, Ltd. The book is in generally good condition. A few pages are slightly dog-eared at the bottom. The front inside cover has insignificant paper tears in the crease. The cover shows minor wear at the edges.

The cover of this book is in very good condition and the binding shows slight looseness. There is a wrinkle on page 1 and a small notch on the corner of the same page. All the pages are brown with age and appear to be quite fragile.

Here is a wonderful book that would look good setting on your dresser! The Land of Long Ago, by Eliza Calvert Hall, is published by the A. L. Burt Company. This book is in excellent condition and probably seldom read as evidenced by the tightness of the binding. There is one pencil name on the inside page and the normal brown staining from age.

It's as if this book, by Gladys Hasty Carroll, has sat on the shelf for the last 52 years without ever being read. There are no markings and the binding is very tight. All of the pages are in excellent shape, except for the normal browning from age.
