Vintage book Aunt Jane of Kentucky

Published by the A. L. Burt Co., this book of Aunt Jane of Kentucky is in very good condition. There are some ink initials and pencil messages on the inside page. The binding is tight and the pages are in excellent shape, except for a 1" tear next to the binding on page 85.
