This is a signed vintage 1988 Ursula Leyk Lichthaus candle (tealight) holder. This lichthaus (or lighthouse in English) is designed to use a tea candle that creates a unique glow when lit. Or Christmas lights may be used to light the inside for a beautifully lit village. Some people use small mirrors for the lakes and cotton for the snow.
These are very popular, particularly with military wives back in the 90’s. They are collectibles houses to make villages as holiday decorations.
