HAZEL ATLAS MODERNTONE Platonite ORANGE CREAMER

Beautiful Orange Creamer of a by gone Era. In VERY GOOD CONDITION, No chips crack or crazing. Has tiny loss of orange as seen in the pictures on a couple of tiny spots Moderntone Platonite was made in the 40's and into the early 50's by the Hazel Atlas Glass Co. Platonite is fired-on color. In other words the glass was clear and after it was fired and dried a color was sprayed on and then it was re-fired to make the color adhere. It came in many many colors including pastels, plain white or white with stripes, dark colors including turquoise, cobalt blue, lemon yellow, orange, burgundy, chartruese, hunter green, gray, rust and gold.
