SPECIAL NOTES: This is the stampers that were used in the grocery stores to mark cans with purple ink. It still has purple on it from the ink. May need cleaning. Has a removable inking tray. Made in U.S.A. by Garvey Corp. St Louis, Missouri. Very Nice Collectible and Very Usable.
