Returns accepted if the item is substantially not as
described, I am notified within three days of receipt
of the item, and my security mark is unaltered and
intact. I regret that security marks are necessary, but
they are used to protect myself from fraudulent buyers
who wish to replace a damaged item in their possession
with a better condition item they purchased online.
Return postage will be reimbursed to the buyer
if all three of the above conditions are met.
I prefer to work with buyers prior to any return, please
understand that all the items I sell are used and no used
item, in my opinion, can be said to be in "mint condition".
Virtually all plates of any type will have utensil marks.
Old glassware will often have interior bubbles, sometimes
bubbles which are open to the surface of the glass, straw
marks (which are actually marks caused when the cutting tool
cooled the molten glass which it touched when it cut
the correct amount of glass off for the mold...), seam
roughness, and occasionally a small glob of glass where
doesn't belong. I try to describe wear and any damage as
accurately as possible, and I will sometimes put items on
the scanner and provide a photo of a questionable area if
it seems that it would tell the story better than I could,
but I don't detail every manufacturing flaw.
I accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's or other bank
drafts, and personal checks. Shipping will be delayed
a minimum of ten business days when payment is by personal
check in order to allow time for the check to clear. Other
forms of payment will ship immediately. The mailing address
must match the cardholders address for PayPal purchases.
I will ship FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post or Priority
Mail. Please do not submit any form of payment until we
have contacted each other and worked out the shipping method
desired.
