This is a very thick heavy art glass vase that has layered blue, or turquoise to aqua, and clear glass with a rust colored coiling loop, or looping design in the base and up the side. It measures 13.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches across the widest part. It is hand blown, and is probably something a student was working on. Although it is lovely it is slightly off symmetric, and the top rim isn't perfectly smoothed, nor is the outside surface polished to a high shine. It looks to me like it was ...click for details

This is an extremely well made piece of controlled bubble crystal. It is cobalt blue and clear glass, and very heavy and thick. It is layered glass and can be used for either a candle holder or a vase. The vase end is sanded or ground smooth. It measures 14.25 inches high and and 4.25 inches across. It is in excellent condition. I do not know the age or maker, it is an unmarked auction item, but the quality is masterful.
