Roman Soldier and mistress two face cameo brass watch fob. Signed London patappdfor, carved cameo, three tone black white and coral. Men's watch clasp. I don't know the age but it appears very old. It measures approx 18.5 inches end to end. The cameo piece with brass setting is 1 inch long and just over a half inch wide.
