It has tiny bubbles randomly in the glass and a base that is sanded smooth so it won't scratch your table. It measures 10 inches tall and approx. 5 inches across the widest part. I have no idea of the age or maker, it is an auction piece. It is in perfect condition, no chips, no cracks and not scratches. This is a very heavy piece.

It measures 7 and 7/8 inches across and would be wonderful for the American memorabilia collector.
