This is a really stunning antique or vintage coffee or teapot by KPM Carl Krister in Berlin Germany. It is quality porcelain with a band of peach, melon and blue hand painted enameled flowers around the top and very heavy gold gilding. I believe it is from the early 1900s and is marked KPM Krister Germany and 1840/00 on the bottom...
This is a really pretty cobalt blue and white porcelain lidded jar. It has places where handles used to be, and a animal, maybe a lion or a lamb for the lid handle. It has fern scrolls, floral designs, and what looks like a greek key sort of design around both the lid and neck of the pot. It measures 8.25 inches tall, and 7.25 inches across the top. It is in very good condition, no chips, no cracks, with just a surface glaze rub to the point of one of the handle holders...
This is pretty ball vase with a diamond design. It has a lime green translucent glaze like celadon, but it is unmarked and I am not sure what it is. It also looks like porcelain, but I am uncertain about that too. It is a pretty auction item. It measures approx. 5 inches round, and the top opening is 1 inch cross. It is in very good condition, no chips, no cracks, and no visible crazing.
This is a beautiful matching set of fine white porcelain blue transferware covered sugar and creamer. The sugar is 4.25 inches tall and the creamer 3.25 inches tall. Both are marked Seltmann Weiden Bavaria W. Germany and a number I can't quite make out. These were made in between 1946 and 1975. They are in excellent condition. This is for one set of sugar and creamer, but I have a second set available if you are interested.
This is a beautiful signed hand painted sake bottle or vase. It is made of fine porcelain and is either Japanese or Chinese, not sure which, featuring mountains, trees, water, birds and sanpans that wrap around the bottle. It measures 5.75 inches high and 2 and 3/8 inches across. It is in excellent condition, no chips and no cracks. It is signed but I don't know what it says and I have no idea of the age.
This is a really beautiful large Japanese serving bowl with a beautiful floral centerpiece in red, orange, yellow, blue, peach, periwinkle, green, and pink. It looks like a transfer, then there is very ornate banding in blue, red and gold in brocade or geometric designs, with heavy 22KT gold gilding.
I did a lot of research and as near as I can find out the marks says Kozan Kiln in Kanji characters. I was told it was most likely modern Kutani porcelain in the Satsuma-Yaki style...
This is a beautiful bight orange bowl with textured detail of a fire breathing dragon. It has black airbrushed swirls and gold gilding. It is marked made in Japan. It measures 1.5 inches high and 7.25 inches across. It is in very good condition, no cracks, no chips and very little wear to the paint or 22KT gilding.
This is an exceptional quality Japanese porcelain dish, tray or plate, probably used for sushi or sauces. It is marked, and the closest that I can make out the mark is Nippon Imari and Arita-yaki from the early part of the 20th century. It has a leaf design with translucent glaze and lovely black, red and gold gilt accents. It is marked under the glaze. It measures 6.5 by 4 inches and is in great shape, no chips, no cracks and no crazing that I can see.
This is a wonderful elegant Noritake Japan teacup and saucer in the Champlain pattern #7553 with platinum banded details. This is a excellent quality piece of china. This is a very ornate victorian style dish with what looks like pink and red peonies and camellias or roses in the center and luster and gold gilded accents. The porcelain has cut out work.
It measures 8.25 inches across and comes with the wood plate stand. It is in very good condition. It has one tiny rough spot on the edge but it was part of the makers process as it is under the gilding. It is unmarked, but I think it is Royal Sealy, as I have seen items similar to it that were...
This is a pretty little high relief fresco wall plaque that is marked on the back Dimontti Italy Style. It is porcelain, hand painted in blue, white, and gold gilding. It features a victorian lady with a pretty hat, and a small harp. Her face is nicely painted skin-tone, with blue eyes. The background is ornate with touches of lace design. It measures 7.75 inches by 5.75 inches. It is in excellent condition.
