This vintage planter or reading glass holder looks to be either McCoy, Shawnee or Hull. But I can't find it anywhere. It has a little wood nymph or sprite lounging among the flowers and leaves. The opening is quite large and looks like it was made as a reading glass holder, but would also work as a planter. It measures 4.5 inches tall and 4.25 inches across. It is in good condition with just a few spots where the glaze didn't cover at the factory, clearly visible in the photo...

This is a piece of Shawnee pottery. It could be used for a nut dish, ashtray or teabag holder. It is marked USA on the bottom, It measures 4.5 inches across. It has a slight glaze chip on the edge and a factory chip that is under the glaze, also age glaze crazing.

This is the real McCoy, authentic vintage Nelson McCoy Pottery Fruit Harvest jug or pitcher with apples and grapes in the transfer. The top is rich brown and bottom is cream colored. It measures approx. 8 inches tall 6 inches across the rounded part. It is in excellent condition, no chips and no cracks. It is marked 7515 McCoy USA on the bottom. Circa 1974 to 1985

3 miniature pieces of vintage old pottery. These pieces are all between 4 and 4.25 inches tall. The little moonshine jug is marked USA on the bottom and has a primitive look to it. It is in very good condition, no cracks and no chips. The 2 handle vase has small chip on the top rim and on the foot, no cracks. The ewer or pitcher has no chips and no cracks. All three of these pieces have age glaze crazing. They are action pieces so I have no idea of the age, but they look old...

Adorable brown bear cub and tree stump planter or vase. This piece appears quite old and is unmarked, however, I have seen the same piece listed as American Bisque, McCoy, Shawnee and Royal Copley, so I am not sure of the maker. It measures 5.5 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It has no cracks, but has some rub to the glaze along the back edge and most raised points. Still very cute and would make a great addition to a rustic setting.

I was told that this is a piece of very old McCoy pottery, but I am not sure of the maker, it could be Hull or even Roseville just looking at the thickness and design of the piece. It is an unmarked auction piece. It has semi-opaque art glaze over a leaf and ribbed design. It measures 4.25 inches tall and 3.5 inches across the top rim. It has a hairline crack in the side that you can see in the picture. Still for the collector of old pottery this is a great heavy lovely item.

This is a wonderful old India elephant planter with asian lady sitting on his head. It is in shades of pink and green on creamy white pottery. I found this in a book a while back and it is either, McCoy, Hull or Shawnee, but I can't remember which. It measures 5 inches high and 6 inches long. It does have a repair on the trunk as per the picture, the rest is in very good condition. It is an auction piece so I am not certain of the age, but think it is from the between 1930 and 1940.

This is a really cool old vintage mystical or magical planter with a baby cherub sitting on a snail drawn cart or wagon. It is a wonderful pink semi-opaque glaze that pools around the raised details. It measures 4.5 inches tall and 7.25 inches long. It is unmarked but looks very much like, McCoy, Hull or Shawnee. It is in very good condition, no cracks, no chips and just the tiniest amount of age glaze crazing.

This is a really pretty avocado or olive green planter. The color is very much like McCoy, but it is unmarked. It has ribbing around the side and would make a great decorator piece for a floral arrangement in a retro styled home. It measures 5.75 inches high and 4 and 7/8 inches across the top rim. It has small chip on the side of the top rim, and a small amount of age glaze crazing typical of vintage pieces.

This is a pretty little vintage dutch or Holland shoe planter made by McCoy Pottery Company in the 1940s. It measures 7.25 inches long. The applied pink rose has the tip missing on the one leaf, and there is one small chip on the inside of the rim that you can't see from the outside, other than that it is in good condition.

This is a wonderful old piece of McCoy pottery that is colored from brown to tan on the bottom. It is could be called a pitcher, dipper, ladle, server and used for sauces or syrups. It measures 4 inches high and 6.5 inches from side to handle end, the widest part of the middle is 4.5 inches across. This piece is in good condition for being vintage, no chips, no cracks, but it does have the typical age glaze crazing found in older pieces. This would be a great size for gravies or sauces...

This is a wonderful 1972 vintage pitcher, ewer or vase by McCoy Pottery Company in a retro crazy daisy pattern with a black stain art glaze finish. This is 8.75 inches tall and 4.5 inches across the wides middle section. This piece is marked McCoy USA 619. It is in very good condition, no chips, no cracks and no crazing that I can see. This would look wonderful with a floral arrangement in it.
