Lovely Vintage Periwinkle Blue Creamer Fiestaware Style

This is a really pretty vintage periwinkle or baby blue cream pitcher or creamer in the Homer Laughlin Fiestaware style. It looks like fiesta but it is unmarked and I don't know the maker. It measures 3 inches high and 3 and 7/8 inches across the rim. It is in excellent condition, no cracks, no chips and no crazing. I am not sure if it is pottery or porcelain, the clay is white.
