United States of America 1776 Bicentennial Eagle Tray

This is a lovely 1776 Unites States of America bicentennial clear crystal glass tray with scalloped edges. It has a bald eagle, stars, shield, olive branches, and arrows in and impressed glass design. Every one of these I have seen say they have Avon impressed on the handle, but I do not see Avon anywhere on this plate, unless I am just missing it somewhere. But as far as I can tell this must have been put out by someone else other than Avon. It is vintage circa 1976, and in excellent condition.
