Unique Extremely Heavy Cased Blue Art Glass Vase

This is a very thick heavy art glass vase that has layered blue, or turquoise to aqua, and clear glass with a rust colored coiling loop, or looping design in the base and up the side. It measures 13.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches across the widest part. It is hand blown, and is probably something a student was working on. Although it is lovely it is slightly off symmetric, and the top rim isn't perfectly smoothed, nor is the outside surface polished to a high shine. It looks to me like it was never completely finished. It needs buffed. The inside does not look like it ever had anything in it. The bottom is sanded, but not polished. It has a few little rub marks to the surface. It is really cool and unusual and shaped sort of like a bowling pin. It is an auction item, I do not know the age or maker, but is like some Bohemian glass. The shipping is a bit extra because of the weight.
