Two face carved cameo with Roman soldier and his mistress. Three tones set in a brass setting. There is some wear to the brass. It is marked London patappdfor on the ring clasp and patappdfor on the cameo piece. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks, just a some wear to the brass.
