Wood Sprite Morning Glory Planter Reading Glass Holder

This planter or reading glass holder looks to be either McCoy, Shawnee or Hull. But I can't find it anywhere. It has a little wood nymph or sprite lounging among the flowers and leaves. The opening is quite large and looks like it was made as a reading glass holder, but would also work as a planter. It measures 4.5 inches tall and 4.25 inches across. It is in good condition with just a few spots where the glaze didn't cover at the factory, clearly visible in the photo. No chips or cracks.
