This is a Thomas Webb & Sons, yellow and white, End of the Day Glass vase with bronze or brass handles, rim and feet in an art deco design. This piece has raised enameled flowers and scrolls. It measures almost 8 inches tall at the top of the handles.
The glass is in perfect condition and is double dipped inside, no chips and no cracks. The bronze pieces are in good shape except there is a bit of bending in the one handle. The feet are perfect. There is one slight dent in the rim which you can see in the photo, it is on the back side and not very noticeable.
A very reputable antique dealer, who collects this type of glass himself, told me it was Thomas Webb and Sons End of the Day glass from about 1910. It would seem that at the end of the day glass companies would take their left over pieces and mix them together and make vases such as this one out of it. He also said it was unusual to see one like this enameled. The enameling has s few black marks around the edges which are also visible in the photos. I don't know if they are intentional or what, but I was afraid to try to remove them as they look a part of the whole.
