Good Luck Portugal Black Rooster Figurine, Happiness

Hand painted black rooster with red hearts and flowers from Portugal. It is marked Made in Portugal 23. I don't know the age, but it is in good condition, just a small chip on the back part of the tail easily covered with a touch of yellow paint, and no cracks. It measures just under 10 inches tall.
