Wishing Well Planter with Red Clothed Pixie or Elf

This is an vintage wishing well planter with a pixie or elf dressed all in red. It measures 4.75 inches tall and 3.5 inches across the base. It is in very good condition. Even though the pixie is cold painted red it has very little wear to the paint. This piece looks very much like piece by McCoy and Shawnee but I have no idea of the maker. It is unmarked, but has to be an older piece because of the age glaze crazing. No chips and no cracks.
