Vintage Quality Dressed Up Lady Girl Planter Circa 1950

This little lady planter is probably from about 1950 just judging by the clothes she is wearing. She is dressed in green and pink and ready to go out on a date or to do the town. She has a nosegay, cape, ruffled full dress and a bow in her blonde curly bobbed hairdo. It is marked with what looks like "Go USA". She measures 5.5 inches tall and 4 inches across and she is in excellent condition, no chips, no cracks and I can see no crazing. This is a very quality piece and is highly detailed in the pottery. It could be American Bisque because many of their pieces are colored like this. But it could McCoy, Shawnee or even Hull. It is an auction piece.
