Ornate Peony Camellia Luster Cut Out China Dish

This is a very ornate victorian style dish with what looks like pink and red peonies and camellias or roses in the center and luster and gold gilded accents. The porcelain has cut out work. It measures 8.25 inches across and comes with the wood plate stand. It is in very good condition. It has one tiny rough spot on the edge but it was part of the makers process as it is under the gilding. It is unmarked, but I think it is Royal Sealy, as I have seen items similar to it that were. I don't know the age of this piece as it was bought from a yard sale.
