Gorgeous 3 Footed Crystal Pulled Bon Bon Dish

This is a really beautiful and elegant pressed glass or brilliant crystal dish or bowl. Probably EAPG or early American pattern glass. It has sprays that look sort of like weeping willows. It is 3 three footed and has pulled glass accents. It measures 9.75 inches in diameter and 3.75 inches high. It does have what looks like a chip in the interior and two very small chips on the rim. All of these can not be felt so it almost seems like manufacturer defects, but I am not sure. Still it is a wonderful old vintage piece. I don't know the maker or age for sure, but it looks vintage or better. It is an auction item.
