According to Janet Drucker's book on Jensen, these servers are designated Pattern #72. They don't appear to have a name which should not do them any discredit as they are very elegant and graceful. Early, pre-WWII, Jensen articles are becoming scarcer and acquiring an increasing premium on their price.
Dimensions: Length 7", width 1.75" and 2.75".
This is a magnificent sterling epergne fashioned in the 18th century style, with a large removeable bowl flanked by two smaller removeable bowls supported by two arms which slot into the main structure.
