A very rare and impresssive sterling sideboard platter by S. Kirk & Son. The repouuse work is quite unique, most probably custom made. There are the three-flower clusters but they are placed between vignettes of cherubs playing musical instruments. A quality article with above averageweight. Fully marked on the reverse with S. Kirk & Son Co.,925/1000 and #1437. Dimensions: 14" diameter, 1.25" deep. 49 Troy oz.
