Royal Winton Florence Chintz Cup and Saucer

We are pleased to bring to you, this rare gorgeous Royal Winton Florence pattern Chintz Cup and Saucer. This set is just magnificent with a black ground and a bold chintz design of cream, pink and blue flowers with green foliage. The cup has a pale cream interior with a gold line around the inner edge. The cup rim and double knotted handle edges are trimmed with gold filigree as well as the saucer edge.The pottery stamp on the back of both cup and saucer read Royal Winton Made in England, Florence, CAN.RD. 1953. The cup measures 2 ¾” high and has a diameter of 3 ½”. The saucer measures a 5 ¾” diameter. This wonderful tea set is in excellent vintage condition.
