I know I am going to hear it from some of my regulars but finding this at the antique market was just too much. Condition is near perfect which I assume/hope means it is unused. Kit is a three piece set. there are 3 paper inserts; One friend referral card (Not friends for long), One order form to get more dilators,and one 6 page fold out that contains instructions and plugs other Dr. young's products.
