Nice, honest example of a later SA Honor dagger. While the early damascus type is certainly prettier, this plain blade RZM version is actually far scarcer as Victor Lutze was well known to give these only to high ranking and notable personalities while Ernst Rohm was quite liberal in giving out Honor Daggers. This is a nice, honest example. Crossguards are embellished with oakleaves and the lower is internally marked H. The nut is made special for this piece with a funnel shaped bottom...

A very impressive piece. Eagle trophy presentation reads: "Our esteemed company commander SS Haupsturmfuhrer Zahn in memory of the 4th (MG) Company of the 8th SS TK Regiment, Lublin on January 30, 1941". This rank is basically equivalent to a captain which is right in line with being a company commander. Apparantly this fellow was the commander of a machine gun of the 8 SS Totenkopf regiment...

This incredible scrimshaw walrus tusk is one large example. Straight from tip to tip it measures just under 23 inches and a cool 61 ounces, while what is usually found is about half that size. Condition is perfect throughout with only the age lining that is always found in older tusks. This comes from it drying over the decades/centuries and is unavoidable in older pieces. None of these lines are split open...

This is certainly one of those "wow" items. Original "HJ Wache des Gauleiters" or Hitler Youth Gauleiter Security Service cuff title. A bit rumpled towards the ends but that is because I am a purist and don't alter anything in the least. This cuff title along with a little over a hundred photographs and some other personal items were "liberated" from the office of Gustav Adolf Scheel who, among quite a few other job titles, was Gauleiter of the Salzberg area...

Excellent mid-war complete uniform for army artillery leutnant, right down to the suspenders and boots. Because of the detailed photography necessary I am splitting this into two separate listings. The fabric throughout is perfect, fresh and undamaged. This uniform was well cared for, possibly right off the rack as the tailor tag is still in the pocket (In French) and the label sewn in the inside pocket has the same tailor emblem (JB)...

Very nice chained NSKK. Blade is generally in terrific shape with cross graining in evidence throughout. There are the usual scuffs and very light in-out marks but overal a pleasing blade. There is a spot right around the RZM code. Plating is good throughout crossguards and wood handle is nice with no significant damage to speak of. There is one tiny flake lifted on the motto side. The scabbard is a nice match in condition. the ball is undamaged...

Extremely rare Spanish Cross Next of Kin medal as awarded to family of those German Condor Legion "Volunteers" killed in that conflict. Records show that 315 were awarded which is about half the number of Knights Crosses with Oak Leaves awarded. This came out of an advanced collection in Wilmington DE and it looks like even the ribbon is correct. The eagles are all (Correctly) separately affixed. This would be much more expensive on other sites...

Lovely Union Navy Civil War officer's sword by Pollard & Co, Boston MA. The true personality with this sword is that the fellow's name is engraved twice with the name John A Floyd. First on the scabbard and then on the top of the guard beside the USN casting. Both are done in different styles and both are undoubtedly original to the sword being the correct style, Sunken in and heavily patinated. I was only able to find him listed as a coxswain which is sort of a cool job. Certainly some more res...

Very rare, hard to find tunic. Text book four button wool construction with upward sloping pockets. In great condition throughout. The only negative I find is that the stamp below the color is not very clear. This type of sleeve insignia was introduced in 1943. With no border on the Org Todt armband this was for EM or NCO; I would assume NCO with the red tress around the color. Great example of a very rare item.

This buckle is somewhere between extremely scarce and wicked scarce. This is the only one I have ever personally seen for sale so they are few and far between. The early nickel Overhoff and Cie buckles were the first SS EM belt buckles produced and were alternately marked O&C or with the full maker name (Overhoff & Cie). I do not know why but only a very few were also DRGM marked and this is just below the wreath on the reverse. Lovely buckle should go to a good collection.
