Reasonsble example of a double decal luftwaffe helmet. Shell looks to have an obviously old overcoat with normal age wear. Area around decals shows original grey paint. Decals show typical wear. Inside shell is marked SE62 on the side and lot number 4432 on rear skirt.Chin strap is broken with remnants on each side including buckle and both clips. HG Division panzer collar tab with skull. Exactly like all the others one sees on the internet...except that it is real. The Hermann Goering Division was of course the Reichsmarschall's pet unit; A Luftwaffe armored field division which was lavishly equipped with the finest equipment that could be found. Some moderate age wear that I think just makes it as cool as can be. See photos for condition. Great look all around.

Very interesting French flag that I assume is a regimental flag as the three barred symbols toward the end can't, in my eyes, be anything besides battalion colors. As there are very few French flags remaining from the war (A side effect of being out of the war very early and very quickly) there is little to compare this to but the construction is absolutely typical of WWII era with type of grommets used, type of fringe and how the sewing is executed...

Extremely rare and extremely cool 3/4 sized 1914 Iron Cross Second Class. This extremely rare and extremely high quality private purchase medal has the feel and toning of silver. The ring is hallmarked with what looks like the crest of the firm Rothe & Neffe of Vienna. With my calipers I measure the wide of the end of the cross arms at just a hair under 18mm. On the regulation EKII, shown in the images for comparison purposes only, the arms measure 24mm at the end...

Excellent, ORIGINAL, pre WWI German regimental stein. Reservist Wilden. Kgl (?) Bayr. 22 Inf Regt 9 Comp. Saargemund 1912-1914. Nice bright colors with no chips, cracks or damage that I can find. Very interesting as it actually has the fellows photograph beside that of the king. Lithopane on bottom shown in photos. The lion thumb catch has a crystal eye. These crystals are tiny (about 2mm diameter), but had detailed photographs visible when peered through...

Very nice unit engraved Mecklenberg horse artillery sword. 60th Field Artillery Regiment. The WKC maker logo is under the langet but hard to photograph. Some light spotting to the blade but nothing significant and will improve with the application of a little oil. Some gold leaf remains to the engraved paneling. Blade is very firm on the grip with no loose fitting "wobble". The handle shows age wear similar to the blade. The only minus on the handle assembly is one loose wire on the top row...

Very attractive Japanese officer dress sword with blade presentation. I can't make it all out but I believe to an officer of the 35 Infantry. I have seen such a presentation before attributed to a military school. The Mon (Or family crest) is the Mandarin Orange. One branch of the Matsudaira family used a similar crest and the Ii family used a few variations...

Nice example of a Prussian enlisted pickelhaube spiked helmet. All original parts. The red, white and black cockade looks to have been repainted. There is a tear in the liner (See 3rd and 4th photos) and two tongues have torn where the tie string goes through. The plate has two extra holes which is odd because it is doubtful this was "upgraded" to a Prussian EM. The rear spine prongs are gone but it is firmly in place, being held by the back screw and pressure from the spike assembly. There is a...

Very interesting dagger for East German Air Force general. Unissued and in original case. Comes with appropriate hangers and belt loop. East and West Germany were the respective countries used as front line proxy forces between the United States and Soviet Union during the Cold War. Really a neat piece from an important time in history.

Nice signals officer visor cap with lemon yellow piping. Interior is marked Deutsche Wertarbeit with the maker logo showing an officer wearing visor cap in profile. There are a couple of minor nips and a bit of roughness to the finish of the front visor but all in all a good looking cap priced accordingly.

Militar Verwaltung Belgien Und N Frankreich. Very scarce civilian military official or administration badge. Worn by non-uniform military officials in some Western Europe occupied territories. This one is for Belgium and Northern France. The photos I have seen of this badge in use are all on women. I imagine that this was a popular item to get rid of when the Germans left an area which may explain its scarcity. This is numbered 4115. Has the correct catch while many that I have seen online incor...

Very scarce item. Dutch NSKK volunteer Badge of Honor. These were only awarded in two separate ceremonies. Among recipients were something like 40 Dutch NSKK drivers attached to 6th Army that were pulled out of Stalingrad pocket. A few have recently turned up near Berlin but as they are dug they are in relic condition and mostly broken. Word on top of badge "TROUW" translates to loyalty or honor. As this was for NSKK, outher portion of badge is a tire inside of which is the Wolf's Angle (Dutch S...

Historically important binoculars from LZ127 which was the airship Graf Zeppelin. Power marking is 8x25 and the L.Z.127 markings are an exact match to the power markings. Absolutely real, authentic memento from the most famous airship ever to not explode in New Jersey. Shows significant wear as per images and most of the leather covering is gone to time. The optics look clear enough but the focus dial on one side does not turn. I am not a big binocular guy so I don't know why. There is a maker n...

Miniature second model Luftwaffe Dagger by SMF. Lightly sharpened which is common on these as owners really did like to use them as letter openers. Crisply marked SMF Solingen with logo and marked DRGM. Scabbard shows its age but undamaged. Nice hard to find and scarce mini dagger.

Monogrammed German officer sword by Carl Eickhorn. Blade is mint. One small one inch crack on inside of bakelite grip (Not very noticable). Very nice hand tooled eagle and acorn rows on each side of crossguard. Monogrammed "HP". The veteran I bought it from said he purchase this in the late 1940's from a German veteran he befriended named Helmut Pfortner. A nice dovetail Eickhorn sword with a beautiful blade.

Very nice DRK enlisted visor cap. Terrific example with no significant damage. The black chinstrap does show honest period wear to the black surface but nothing even remotely coming close to a break or a tear. The celluloid diamond on the inside is cracked and in one corner of the visor there are four stitches out. Both of these issues are shown in the photos and the visor lays on the hat frame just fine. There are many positive. I find no evidence of any mothing anywhere. Whole frame is nice an...
