Very nice SA tinnie. This was for a sports event for SA Gruppe Hochland in 1938. Good design with a sword resting on an oak leaf wreath very reminiscent of the SA sports award. Maker marked RZM M9/3 LAUER NUREMBERG. It is interesting that 1937 and 1938 are when we see transitional daggers as well with both RZM code and maker name.

Nice DAF tinnie for a 1934 even in Württemberg Hohenzollern. I believe this 16 day event was roughly equivalent to a job fair. Early in the new regime employment was a major concern as mass unemployment was a leading downfall in public acceptance of the Wiemar government. Of course it was not long at all before rearmament became the wonder drug for unemployment. Followed of course by employment with the armed services. Interesting how sometimes problems are just replaced by bigger problems...

Absolutely terrific colonial American corkscrew. Business end is very magnetic hand forged iron. In general design it is crude but it has some very attractive ridges and rings and a nice central bulge which is very nicely beveled. Certainly made by a blacksmith with some skill. The handle is hollowed bone with some groove work on the sides and to a lesser degree in the center. A minor degree of chipping on the edges but nothing disfiguring or even unexpected in a piece with this age...

Very cool door sign from an airfield commander's office door in a German used French airfield. This was a vet pickup from Wilmington Delaware. Reads 'FLIEGERDIVISIONS KOMMANDEUR'. In this business we never buy the story but regardless this is a very cool sign with all the age it should have and is very well done with German style lettering. This came with a Fliegerkarte also recently listed and I do have confidence in the story...

Super cool rocket ship bank from the 1950's. This was given out by Equitable Security Trust Company in Wilmongton Delaware. The labels are a bit rubbed out (See photos) but otherwise nice original finish with mild age wear. Great look throughout and really screams 1950's. Mechanism is a little codgity but does work; A spot of oil would probably do wonders.

Very nice M98/05 butcher blade bayonet. Early model dated 1912. Handle marked W.W. 7081. W.W. stands for Werft Wilhelmshave indicating it was a naval bayonet issued from the Wilhelmshave depot. The number on the other side of the handle is 6295. The scabbard ball is numbered 4742 indicating that, as usual, the scabbard has been swapped around. Maker marked V.C. SCHILLING SUHL. Condition is excellent throughout as per images.

Very cool photograph of a truck carrying SS members on parade. Early SA style uniforms with skulls on the cap I would assume to then be LAH members. The truck itself has a banner with the national emblem and SS runes. Also interesting is that just behind the truck in the parade the HJ/DJ boys have to walk. In the background beside the truck is a band with the same SA/SS/LAH uniforms...

Interesting old cue stick trimmer. Basically this is meant to square off a cue stick if a new tip is being put on. Good shape and would probably work just fine if the blade is sharpened a bit. Sort of works like a giant pencil sharpener but with the blade positioned to flatten instead of sharpen. A little over 5 inches total length. Cool billiard related antique to have sitting around the pool room for conversation purposes. I think this dates to right around 1900.

Very cool tinnie for Tag der Wehrmacht. There are a few standard examples but this tinnie was made for the specific unit Panzer Abwehr Abt. 9 apparently based in Glenhausen. Solid metal tinnie shows an anti-tank gun atop the army eagle as shown on helmet decals. Really an all around cool tinnie that I haven't seen before. A bit of oxidation in the upper right corner.

935 Silver version of the 1935 Saar badge. This was in commemoration of the plebiscite which returned the Saar region to Germany in 1935. Normally a two pieced stamped tinnie type item, this one is solid and marked 935. A high end example no doubt intended for someone important in the hierarchy. I would go so far as to say a unique item.

Very attractive Koro cover with tasteful openwork on copper base. The openwork features a 16 petal Kiku mon paired with an Ume or plum blossom. The two are directly portrayed together at the top so this pairing may have been part of a wedding gift. Nice, high dome gives this a full look. Opening measures out at 75mm from rim edge to rim edge. Overall height is 50mm and overall width is 90mm.

An interesting helmet with some personality. The shell is a typical police shell with 2 sets of vent holes on each side. The green paint is original and there is no coat underneath. The inside is complete and shows its age. Dome pad is in place and no tears to the leather tongues and what looks like the original string is still in place. The chinstrap is also complete but well worn...
