This is a very interesting set of six cigarette holders. They are in the original sealed wax paper envelope but seem to be thick paper or cardboard. Each has patriotic motifs including a battleships, flag stand, airplane, portraits etc. Packaging has a good looking iron cross in a laurel wreath and the humble price of 10 pfennig. I have never seen this before nor could I find any other examples online so figure this was a cheap type of item that nobody bothered to save. Great piece.

Partial cap tally for the German Norddeutscher Lloyd shipping line. This is a pre-war example. While it is a partial and only about 24cm long it is priced low and is a great reference piece to show how the stitching was done. The flag is the shipping line logo and is really nicely embroidered. Very cheap way to get a nice back piece for a nautical related display.

Very nice Reichskriegerbund member visor cap. The NS-RKB was the Third Reich manifestation of the veterans organizations originally formed for veterans of the 1870 war. The intent was to have a support and social group dedicated to helping veterans. A noble thought that most countries with combat veterans also employ. However, in post WWI Germany the veteran groups had real political clout and were often the pre-organized muscle behind various political movements. This cap has the 1938 version o...

This postcard is from a series released in 1941 featuring many different badges and awards. Really a great series with artwork just begging to be used for displaying a good armored assault badge. Shows a nice portrait of panzerman in early beret with a tank in action behind and the assault badge lower right. Unused so reverse is blank. If you are feeling extravagant you could even use this to surprise a friend with a fun piece of mail.

Very interesting SA postcard with cool cover art and nice cancelled stamps. Most interestingly this was sent to a fellow in New York. The card is in English and is generally about stamp and postcard collecting strategies. However, at the end Johanna tells Frank she will be home in a few week and that "I have to tell you a lot". Of course we wonder if this has to do with scary things that are becoming very obvious by the latter half of 1938 but we assume it is something that would not pass censor...

Very cool postcard featuring naval artwork. Behind the sailor is a U boat and to the lower right is a U boat badge. This is from the 1941 Tag Der Briefmarke. Postcard is unused and the reverse is blank. Attractive artwork and a great piece to add to a U boat badge display.

Elastolin soldier suffering the effects of a Lineol explosion. Great analogy of the competitive spirit between these two companies. In actuality both companies made good products and these two pieces look good together. Both in very good shape except the usual cracking around the fellows arms. As these dry they often have to give somewhere and across the arms is a common spot. Still a really nice looking pair.

Visually stunning bronze table medal depicting Victory, wielding a sword and with hair flowing behind, riding a tank over barbed wire and trenches. Beautiful, solid piece measuring just under 7cm in diameter. Signed A. Morlon. Edge is stamped "BRONZE" and with a tiny cornucopia which I believe represents the Paris mint. Reverse depicts a shield over extensive laurel leaves. One side represents attack and the other defense. Really very powerful imagery.

Very nice map produced in 1944 by the U.S. Army Map Service. Taihoku, West SW, Formosa. "Prepared under the direction of the Chief of Engineers...". Top reads "For use by War and navy Department Agencies only. Not for sale or distribution". I am assuming the statute of limitations is up on this. Condition is great but there are obviously fold creases. Otherwise nice and clean.

Reproduction British memorial plaque (Or death plaque). Being offered as educational example. Nice, heavy piece a little over 8cm in diameter. These were given to next of kin of soldiers killed in WWI and would normally have the soldier's name in the blank rectangle.

Very hard to find fallschirm prusschein. Basically this is a log book to record who packed a particular parachute. With the information recorded the packer is more likely to do a better job since a chute not opening correctly would give the packer a one way ticket to the eastern front. Printed on blue oilcloth to make it strong and weatherproof. The cover has the specific information on the parachute and the unit. The inside pages give spaces for the packer to stamp their ID and add pertinent in...

This listing is offerred with all due respect for our veterans; Especially those called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Very nice POW bracelet in memory of CDR CARROLL CRAIN 3-8-67. This is the more desirable type made by VIVA. This bracelet is in its original plastic wrap with original paper. Due to age the plastic does have a few wear holes in it but the bracelet is perfect. Cdr Carroll Owen Crain JR USN was part of Heavy Attack Squadron 4 working off of the carrier USS ...

Very nice 1939 iron cross stickpin. Good looking cross appears to be brass with nicely painted black center and has a nice three dimensional shape. On original LDO card which is in good shape with some light age wear. Nice little set.

Very nice tunic removed Schutzpolizei sleeve eagle. This is the lighter colored example of two similar patches I am listing. Some stitching still present along the border from when it was on a uniform tunic. Patches that had clearly been used, of course, are always a little more interesting then the "unissued". Nice example.

Excellent Werkfeuerwehr sleeve eagle. This was the industrial fire brigades. As American bombing successfully focused on German manufacturing these fire police in particular were very busy and had an extremely important job if production of military goods was to continue. Very cool patch.

This is a 1944 dated map from the U.S. Army map service. The area is Fountainebleau which is a bit southeast of Paris. The interesting point is that it looks like it was combat used. There are a few different infantry and armored units penciled in. In the northeast corner of the map there is an armored unit with an arrow indicating the line of advance but a ? mark indicating they weren't sure of the unit's identity when the situation was being reviewed. An interesting little snapshot in a likely...

Nice Camillus fighting knife. Very nice condition as per photos. Blade marked US Camillus. The scabbard has a pressed in rendition of "SUE" who is clearly not the artist's mother. Nice knife throughout with a little bit of character.

This is an interesting button hole pin reading "zur erinnerung an 1870" and a Maltese or Iron Cross in the center. I have actually seen a lot of fake enamel examples of this pin but didn't know there really was such a thing. This war was a rather quick French thumping. This is a painted example and I have included obverse photos both with and without flash to show the most detail possible. Cool item very reminiscent of later Third Reich membership pins.
