Beautiful cased table medal of Count Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf dated 1914-1915. Wonderfully depicted bronze by the Austrian artist Arnold Hartig. The obverse shows Count Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf in profile with medals and uniform coat. Reverse shows Hötzendorf in medieval armor and long sword preparing to fend off an impressive dragon. This is probably reference to his defense of Austria and the Russian offensive of 1914. Leading up to the war he was a significant military reformist and ...

Powerful plaque depicting angels casting out a German soldier from the city of Reims as the cathedral burns in the distance and the French civilians lie on the ground. The burning of this cathedral was one of the major propaganda points for the French during WWI. The plaque is in wonderful shape. The box is intact and the pressure fit button works. There is damage to the lid lining as per last photo and a little bit in the front corners. The leatherette cover shows expected wear with a little bi...

Sold RS
Very cool Waffen SS soldier's handbook. The first page has a slightly blurred stamp indicating it is from office of Germanizing Russia (DDR Deutsctum im Rusland). The first part of the book is a daily journal of which there are some entries (A couple more then shown in the attached photos). Interestingly the second 4 in 1944 is crossed out in each and replaced with a 5 so this journal is actually for 1945. The entries stop after a few pages. There are many reasons why a soldier might stop writin...

On Hold
Fresh out of the woodwork Gotz von Berlichingen cufftitle. Great example. One wear spot on the far left and one light stain on the lettering. Slightly rumpled but absolutely real. This was one of the divisions in place just in time for the Normandy invasion and subsequent battles. Great piece.

Nice, original Silver Star in case. Both WWII vintage. The case does show good solid wear but still functions just fine. Nice medal awarded for gallantry in action.

Very nice Prussian plate. Size is a bit smaller then normal so I believe this may be less for a pickelhaube and more for a shako. At any rate this is certainly far scarcer then the full size type. A little over 3.5 inches wide and a little over 4 inches high.

Sold, Thank You
Really nice NSKK side cap in great shape with not a lick of damage that I could find. The RZM tag is a bit worn and faded but the more important fact is that it is there and complete. Original NSKK buttons and beautiful orange NSKK cap eagle with early quality silver-aluminum threading and black trim. I believe Orange color denotes Motor-Brigade Sudwest. Very clean example.

Lovely hand tooled leather belt and holster sized for a big guy. Both pieces match and display very detailed two tone work. The holster is professional quality with lower ties and top loop for firearm and has smooth lines throughout. Belt has loops for 28 rounds. Belt is marked as being made in Mexico with the numbers 44 45 and 48. I assume that this means it is optimally sized for a 45 but can fit from 44 to 48 and my measurements seem to agree with that. Really a lovely set that is basically n...

Yeah, just because everyone should have a ray gun. Nice vintage toy. Does have a separation along its seam on the top but which turns off of the seam and becomes a crack on the bottom. It is basically invisible if pushed together so certainly repairable. Priced accordingly. When the trigger is pulled there is something that spins on the inside that makes sparks and a crackling kind of zap sound. The ray that shoots out must be disabled because I used this on my family with no significant results...

What a cool item. This is a signed copy of the book Emden Ayesha by the famous captain of the Emden Kapitanleutnant Hellmuth Von Mucke. Interestingly enough, the book was printed in Berlin in 1917. No doubt the story of this famous naval personality was used as propaganda to encourage the German populace in their war effort. Von Mucke was famous for his impressive success in commerce raiding and quickly became a national hero. Obviously this book is written in German. There are some condition is...

This is a very cool medal but I have been only half able to figure it out. It is a scarce medal and I wasn't able to find a single other example online. The reverse shows a flaming bomb with "15" on it backed by a pair of pole arms. Across the top reads "MANI MACCHINE ARMI PRONTE" which translates to something like "handheld machine weapons are ready" which I think is a reference to machine guns. Below the bomb and polearms reads "il Luigi di Ponte L Luigi" (The genius of the Bridge of Luigi??)....

This is a cool medal and actually a very difficult one to find. This one is out of my collection and in choice condition. Proper suspension ring with laterally pierced ball and triangular loop. Obverse shows a Roman gladius on oak leaves and laurel branches with 4 pointed radiant stars to either side, all under the date of the Spanish Civil War 17-VII-1936. The reverse shows the Spanish coat of arms at the top and falangist yoke and arrows below. This was instituted on June 6 1940 and was given ...

Nice set of 2nd model Luftwaffe dagger hangers. This is the deluxe type with oak leaves on all metal parts. The clip on the belt end is the Thor's hammer variety. All three clips work fine with nice gently resistant spring action. There is consistent signs of aging throughout the straps and the metal fittings (See photos). All three clips are DRGM marked and the Thor's hammer clip is also marked RZM U.E. 10. Very nice, high quality set of hangers with the been-there look.

Nice looking Italian medal. This was awarded to volunteers for the war 1940-1945 (WWII). "PER L'ITALIA" on obverse. VOLONTARI DI GVERRA A.O.I. on reverse. Looks to be original ribbon with a small hole on the left front that goes through. Nice medal.

Very nice fascist Italian 9th Army (9 Armata) medal commemorating the 1940-1941 campaign in Greece and Albania (Given on the medal as Grecia E Jugoslavia). This famous campaign was basically a disaster and required the involvement of German forces to save the day. This of course caused a delay in the German invasion of Russia spelling disaster for the enterprise. One could say that this poorly planned and poorly executed campaign by the Italians drastically changed the course of history. Ever se...

Cool little feldpost box, originally measured 14x8x3cm but is a little bowed out. This is the second of two small ones and there is also a large one. The two small ones are in great shape because they were stored by the collector in the big one. The big one is a little beat up as it was exposed over the years. these were the type of thing the soldiers would send home various items that they plundered along the way. This has been a hobby for soldiers since soldiers were invented. Boxes are priced...
