Great looking cloth Luftwaffe pilot badge. Nicely toned and no damage; A very solid example throughout. Such cloth badges were officially discontinued in 1942 but were popular with flight crew and remained in use for the duration of the war.

Good looking DJ member's enamel pin. Very nice looking pin with pleasant age toning and quality enamel work. While the pin is there the small catch has broken off. If you need a good looking example to tack onto a DJ display shirt at half price here you go.

Absolutely awesome swagger stick belonging to Alfred G Hill Colonel of Armor United States Army. Places and dates engraved on the top are N AFRICA 1943-1943, SICILY 1943, EUROPE 1944-45, KOREA 1950-1952. The two DI insignia attached are from the 70th Armor Regiment and the 1st Cavalry Division. As advertised, the 70th was originally formed as the 70th Armored Battalion and fought in Africa in 1942 and 1943...

Historically important binoculars from LZ127 which was the airship Graf Zeppelin. Power marking is 8x25 and the L.Z.127 markings are an exact match to the power markings. Absolutely real, authentic memento from the most famous airship ever to not explode in New Jersey. Shows significant wear as per images and most of the leather covering is gone to time. The optics look clear enough but the focus dial on one side does not turn. I am not a big binocular guy so I don't know why...

Absolutely gorgeous Second Division Engineer WWI Helmet. Most importantly one that nobody could possibly look at and question. Complete with liner and chinstrap this is out of my collection. The 2nd Division was an important unit that was put together specifically for WWI and included the 5th and 6th Marine Regiments and was twice commanded my marine Corps generals. This is the only time in our history that Marine Corps generals commanded Army divisions...

Minty finish on this tinnie; German NSDAP Gautag Wurttemburg-Hohenzollern Stuttgart June 4-6, 1937. Maker marked on reverse FR. ZIMMERMANN STUTTGART. This is a rather uncommon tinnie but most importantly, the finish is as close to mint as one could hope for with a buttery smooth feel. The material is a sort of brush finished aluminum that doesn't hold up well to age wear and if comparison pricing the few other examples found will be well worn...

Very cool variant of the famous Saar tinnie which I have never seen before. The Saar, of course, was an industrialized region of Germany occupied by order of the Versailles Treaty. The Germans were increasingly resentful of this occupation. This tinnie shows smoke stacks shrouded by exhaust clouds which become hands with fingers raised if looked at correctly. These hands/smokestacks are bound in chains. Backmarked GLASER & SOHN DRESDEN...

Nice example of a classic tinnie. The March 1 1935 Saar tinnie is representative of the German propaganda campaign resisting the occupation of the industrialized area as per the Versailles treaty. Nice example.

I have seen this one before but certainly not very often. Ceramic pilot tinnie measuring about 4.5cm. Pin shows some oxidation but is complete. The paint is perfect. Really cool addition to any tinnie collection.

Very cool Infantry Assault Badge document to a man in the 315 Infantry Regiment. Awarded "In the field" November 13 1941, very early in the Russian campaign and the beginning of that famously miserable first winter. In fact, things were already so tough that the "I" key on the typewriter was broken. "Im Felde..." has become "Jm Felde" and the unit is given as "...Jnf.Rgt.315". Interesting bit of personality. Nice clean document with nice stamp also from the 315th.

Fascinating pressed paper tinnie. Tag der Nationalen Solidaritat d.Dez. 1936 Neuland-Halle - Adolf Hitler Koog. This is the only tinnie I ever recall having pertaining to a building (Which is shown on the tinnie). Apparently this was a community center house which was turn into a learning center for National Socialism history. Some very basic research shows that this building is currently a hot topic as they are trying to figure out what to do with it and its history...

Nice, complete rig. The cherry is the 1944 dated Boyt 45 holster with lanyard which is nice and clean and in great shape. Also included is the M1936 pistol webbing belt, canteen, magazine pouch and M1942 first aid pouch. Nice set looking for a manikin.

Extremely interesting tinnie from the 1933 Volksdeutsche Opferwoche (Or Ethnic German Victims Week). The Volksdeiutsche were ethnic Germans who found themselves living in areas that were part of the German Reich mostly before WWI. While many may have been discriminated against in their new countries pre-WWII Germany used them and a greatly inflated image of their suffering to help point out the wrongs of the Versailles Treaty...

Great looking army eagle shield for tropical pith helmet. Nicely maker marked and dated G.B.41 (Gustav Brehmer 1941) which puts this smack in the middle of Rommel's DAK glory days. Really a great piece with just the right toning to make it look just groovy. Top.

Very nice Heer Funkmeister or Army Radio Operator trade patch. Nice period used example with silver trim indicating a higher level of expertise. A bit of paper residue in reverse from having been mounted in a photo album somewhere along the way. Good display piece.

Very nice DAF unit flag. The town patch indicates it is from St Wendel Ost (Sankt Wendel). This town is just a bit north of Saarbrucken in the Saar region which is of course of great importance wo WWII history. Condition is overall excellent. There are a few small holes but this type of fabric almost encourages them with its loose weave. They are all tiny and really get lost in the size of the flag. The worst spot is the last photo. The silver twist wire fringe is in superb condition and all of ...

This embroidered tinnie features a soldat resting with a bent knee against a slight incline. The series shows German soldiers from different time periods but this is my favorite with the helmet pose. Would great sitting besde a helmet on a shelf.
