Nice little political car pennant or wimpel. No holes or tears. Solid white border. Light soiling typical of age. Machine embroidered swaz. Original clip is in place. Could use a quick ironing but I don't touch any of my offerings.

Nice police long service medal with ribbon folded into parade mount. The embroidered eagle actually looks to be on a separate piece of ribbon, separately wrapped around a second piece of backing. Very interesting piece.

Let's face it; These sew on/tunic removed pieces are just cool. Nice officer set with no damage except for where shoulder boards were removed. Set matches in both rank and age wear and look real nice together. Rank is Oberleutenant. These have a general good look right down to the impression on the shoulder boards where the button pushed down for a long time. Priced fairly.

E.P.&S. ground Rohm dagger. This one was obviously done by the owner himself. The dedication is only lightly rubbed out with a lot of lettering left. The name is completely gone with hash marks showing where it was done. This area goes right down to the top of the E Pack logo. Blade does show greying and the usual in/out runner marks. Anodized scabbard has a light ding but generally in good shape with another light ding to the ball. All in all a nice piece.

Neat award. Front shows a well done eagle. Rear reads FUR: BESONDERE LEISTUNG - DER OBERBEFEHLSHABER VON KAYSER GENERAL DER KAV . This reads as : Performance Award - The Supreme Commander Von Kayser General of Cavalry. It appears the Von Kayser was indeed in charge of mounted troops at some point before the war. Nice medal with a good amount of gold finish remaining.

Very scarce item. Dutch NSKK volunteer Badge of Honor. These were only awarded in two separate ceremonies. Among recipients were something like 40 Dutch NSKK drivers attached to 6th Army that were pulled out of Stalingrad pocket. A few have recently turned up near Berlin but as they are dug they are in relic condition and mostly broken. Word on top of badge "TROUW" translates to loyalty or honor...

Hard to find luftwaffe leather flight helmet with the plug and throat microphone. Leather is just about perfect; Soft, supple and scuff free with no damage found. The soft white leather on the inside of the sweatband, chin straps and throat mics is is still quite strong but does show some discoloration from being exposed to skin oils when in use way back when; I actually consider this a positive as it shows this helmet was used quite a bit. Straps and buckles are all present and also undamaged...

Very cool WWI era German boot knife. Blade shows graying (see photos) but is actually quite smooth. Very gently sharpened which is normal as this was not for dress but for real business. Near spine blade is marked "STOCK EISENACH" and near ricasso marked "HAND ARBEIT". Handle is very nice undamaged stag horn and the three rivets have never been played with. Scabbard is a neat little thing with rather fresh leather showing only minor aging with no signs of abuse or damage...

While these are lovely arrows I can not accurately date them so please consider them superb display items but not antiques. That being said, they are terrifically made. The shafts are perfectly straight. The feathers and points are both wrapped on with what looks like real sinew. The points are finely knapped and terrific examples. One has a tiny flake off of the tip which is only noticable on very close inspection (See last photo). This is really a neat pair.

Top notch sword knot. Strap is a brocade type aluminum weave. Stem is an alternating 3 dark silver wires and 1 bright silver wire pattern. Acorn is is perfect condition with a dark toned tip. Condition is flawless. If you look hard on the top of the strap you can see lighter stripes where it was covered up by other parts of the strap when it was wrapped on a sword handle for a long time. This is hard to see when holding it and impossible to photograph; Just an interesting note...

Terrific knot here. Could be for a sword but I suspect it is for a fire police bayonet but probably for a higher individual. These straps are normally silver and red wire woven into leather but this one is gold colored wire woven onto lightly striped black fabric. Silver acorn is nicely age toned with the tip showing alternating red, grey and silver twisted wire threads. Super quality example of a very scarce pattern.

I am pleased to offer Swords of Imperial Japan 1868-1945 Cyclopedia Edition by Jim Dawson. Even after owning this book for quite a while I am amazed at the detail with which Mr. Dawson attacks the subject in this 448 page monster. Virtually every page is profusely illustrated with over the top photography relating to the highly detailed text. This book is a must for both the beginning and advanced collector...

Very cool Hitler Youth badge commemorating 10 years of the Munich Hitler Youth 1923 - 1933. Cool Eagle over Feldherrenhalle . Around the eagle is the motto UND ICH HABT DOCH GESIECT! Which translates something like "And after all this you have triumphed". Backmarked H WITTMANN MUNCHEN

Very tastefully done sterling silver Bezique card set, probably from second quarter of 20th century. Case is done with very detailed repousse work featuring a multitude of cherubs with a floral swag pattern. Top of box is monogrammed "SSA". Hallmark on base of box is unknown (to us.) Top and side compartments are purple lined and include four sets of cards; Two have the same SSA initials and there are two that have U.S. IRS import stamps for playing cards (one is detached from the pack)...

This luger came with a lot of police items so I am assuming it is a police holster. Conditionwise it is not a cherry but it has not ever been messed around with. Some minor loose stitching and wear spots but everything is strong and not close to giving out. Generally nice condition. Maker marked J.M.ECKAT U&M under the lid and a few areas have different numbers. Nice, honest piece.
