Yes, it is a darn shame about the decal hit on the eagle. All I can say is that I didn't do it and that it saddens me also. If everything was perfect, though, we wouldn't have the thrill of the hunt, right? Anyway, the eagle looks gold to me but could be toned army. WWII Japanese binoculars. Generally worn condition throughout.Not falling apart but missing some areas of leatherette cover. Good for display if you need a cheap piece. These are not the little ones that seem to be all over the place and measure 18cm in length.

This is a mid to late war combat/field tunic. It is hard for me to pin down the exact year model as their are some period alterations. Alterations are often the rule rather then the exception and are generally acceptable as long as they are period done which is obviously the case here. The pockets are unpleated which is a sign of later war tunics. Of note is the different shade of feldgrau on the pockets versus the tunic. Just a gorgeous, top notch example. This textbook M43 is a real winner. I have gone over this carefully and find no damage. That makes for an easy description. Great looking trapezoid patch. This came with a tunic and keilhose combat/field trousers. When that enterprising souvenir hunter was finished there was a German soldier left in his underwear. Can offer pricing flexibility on the whole set as I would like to keep it together.
