| Lovely example in wonderful condition with no damage found. Beautiful workmanship throughout. Two tone blade is extremely attractive and fits into the scabbard like a glove. The wood on handle and scabbard top is warm and healthy with a beautiful wavy grain. There are figures carved into the handle in two separate places. The ferrule has a lovely filigree style and I believe it is silver but I may be wrong. Below the top wood the scabbard is encased in soft metal with an extremely intricately hammered stylized floral pattern. Just an amazing example displaying fine workmanship throughout. | |||||||||||||
