| Beautiful set of medical officer shoulder boards. Condition can't be beat. The cornflower blue velvet backing is clean and fresh and free of nips. The front shows just the tiniest age wear to the top edge of the aluminum weave. This is really nothing but adds a little character. The gilt cyphers are 98% or so and sunken in very well. The posts are under the velvet so these have been on forever. These are wide and very well made so probably late WWI through early Reichswehr. Just a beautiful pair and I think a 9.9 out of 10. | |||||||
