PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE

Send a e-mail to us at antiqueattic@centurytel.net indicating your payment method along with your address so the mailing cost can be calculated and so we can verify the availibilty of the item(s) and instructions will be sent back to you,if you do not hear from us within 24 hr's check in your junk mail your spam filter probably kicked our reply to you in there

RETURN POLICY

We try to accurately describe each item in detail giving as much information as we can what we list is older items if there are any defects we will point them out to you in the listing. We want you the customer to be satisfied, if you feel we did not accuraely describe what you have purchased you must notify us of pending returns within 3 days of receipt and return within 10 days in the original packaging.We will refund purchase price excluding shipping cost

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We charge exact amount on shipping and insurance and never a handling fee

We accept: money orders , cashier checks and personal checks.We ship out within 48 hr's after receiving payment with paypal,cashier checks/money orders but we do hold items till personal checks clear our bank usually 7 to 10 days before shipping

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will hold item (s) for up to 3 days when requesting information on item (s) and will hold item(s)for up to 10 days waiting for payment. After 10 days item(s) are no longer held and returned to stock unless arragements have been made and agreed upon between both parties

We pack what we ship out very carefully and happy to say we have not had anything broke or damaged during shipping ,but if this should ever happen please keep the original box and wrapping and contact us immediately so that we can get the proper form's and help you file the insurance claim In most cases we provide Delivery Confirmation as proof of item being shipped . We always e-mail you when your package has been shipped and at that time we provide you your Delivery Confirmation Number with the 800 number for you to call and the website address for you to check it on line.The only time we do not get a Delivery Confirmation for you is when the package is under 3/4" thick the Post Office will not allow it But we always include insurance in the total in case of loss or damage
