He's a cutie in his powder-blue vest and fancy fringed green scarf. These are crafted of Lenox ivory fine china and hand painted with appealing pastels. This unusual shape creamy, ivory bon bon dish by Lenox is hand decorated with 24 K gold. This has the older green stamp L in wreath Lenox made in USA.This marking was used on wares between 1906 and 1930. 'Made in USA' was added in 1931.
This mark continued to be used until 1953 when the green color was changed to a gold. The gold wreath continues until present production.
It measures approximately 6 " X 4". Bon Bon Dish is in like new condition
