The bottom part of the earring's are two bells on the top part of the is a wreath, you remove the wreath the post is on top of the bells after you put the post in your ear the wreath has the hole to secure the earring these are for pierce ears ..
They measure approximately 1" long.
They where giving to me in the 1980's and I have never worn them
