Circa 1925-30 R Atkinson Fox landscape and animal art print entitled GOOD MORNING DEER with what I believe original frame .Piece is not signed by artist but on the lower left hand corner it reads: GOOD MORNING DEER. And also identified in the Gibson I.D. & Price Guide (first edition), page77. With frame it measures approximately 17" by 13" . Print is in a wood frame that is showing wear.I see no damage on the print

Early 1900's Mary Gregory white on cobalt blue vase.
This very detailed painting is of a young girl holding a sprig of flowers in her hand . She is standing in a woodland scene. Vase measures approximately 6 1/2" tall . Opening of the vase is approximately 1 " from lip to lip - In very good condition , free from chips , cracks or repairs .There is a bubble in the glass , this is quite common in older pieces . And minor wear on the paint on the girls dress
