Blue Willow Coffee Cup Japan

This is a nice and heavy coffee cup on the bottom it is marked "Japan" Above it its faint and hard to read but I believe it reads MAPUTA ?. Cup measures approximately 3 1/2 " tall and 3" in diameter at the opening . In wonderful used condition free from chips, cracks or crazing
