Vintage wall pocket or wall hanger with mushrooms on front . It still has the Lefton Japan gold and red sticker and #7012 imprinted on the back. It measures approximately 5" wide 7" tall and 2" deep . It is in wonderful condition free from chips, cracks or crazing
