Wheel is marked West Germany.The toy has a celluloid head,plastic wheel and The clown holds piping for balance riding a unicycle on a tight rope at the circus. You use your own string ,fishing line, what ever you prefer . There is no box Pull up a tight rope (string) set him up and he balances and rolls back and forth. Measure's approximately 17 1/2" across , stands 12 1/2". The toy is in very good condition but has no box and you supply string, fishing line or anything that you want to use to make him go across the room
