Hard to find Sheffield Blue Whisper Cream and Sugar Bowl Set.They have a light background with a blue band of flowers and leaves around the border , with a silver band around the rim and on top of the sugar bowl lid .Mark on bottom : Sheffield Blue Whisper Porcelain Fine China Made In Japan 1985 JMP Marketing. Creamer measures approximately 4" tall and 4 1/2" from spout to handle. Sugar is 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" in diameter. Both are in excellent condition with out chips, cracks , dings or repairs
